[Segtex] twocolumn

Two things to check out in SEGTEX2e:

1. If you submitted your SEG abstract this year using an old segabs
style, please try it with the new segabs.cls. The new class will be
included with the package, and it is better to debug it now than
during the next year's SEG submission rush.

2. Please check out my first crude attempt at a two-column output. We
need to play with different sizes to match the current Geophysics
layout but that is a start.

If you are using Subversion to access it, simply run "svn update".
