[Segtex] small update for SEG-Abstracts template for LaTeX

this worked for me as a fix for the extra vspace after the reference caption. Insert right before the line \bibliograpy{} (in seg98.tex) this line: 

\renewcommand*{\addvspace}[1]{} 

It shouldn't harm the rest of the document, since the bibliography is at the very end anyway. 


Perhaps it would also be handy to insert into the template an example-reference to an author whose name begins with a non-English character, like it is done for the Geophysics-LaTeX package. For example, in one of the .bib-files this entry could be inserted (taken from the books.bib of the Geophysics-LaTeX package):

@preamble{"\newcommand{\SortNoop}[1]{}"} 
@BOOK{Cerveny, 
author = {V[] {\SortNoop{Cerveny}}\v{C}erven\'{y}}, 
title = {Seismic Ray Method}, 
year = {2000}, 
publisher = {Cambridge University Press} 
}
