I am trying to match different sizes in the twocolumn option with the
Geophysics format.

This would be much easier to do if we had access to the LaTeX style
file used by the Geophysics typesetters. Would it be possible to dig
this up?

Alternatively, would somebody be willing to share the LaTeX source
(including figures) for a paper recently published in Geophysics? I am
going to use my own paper but having more test cases would help.
