[Segtex] Problem with bold greek symbols

As mentioned earlier, I have increased the font size in segabs.cls
slightly (to legitimate 9pt) in response to a lot of complaints from
the users. The new versions of both segtex and segabs are now released
on the web site. Please let me know of any problems.

The usage of SEGTeX mounts up (with 25 downloads per day) as the SEG
deadline approaches.
