[Segtex] Bug in caption (plot & multiplot commands)

Mohammad,

This is not a SEGTeX bug but a general LaTeX issue with square
brackets inside \caption.

Possible solution: try enclosing your square brackets in curly
brackets, as follows:

\plot{transitions}{width=0.75 \textwidth}{Fractional-order transitions
$\alpha \in {[0,1]} $.}
