[Segtex] Minor problem with revision 124

Felix,

Thank you for reporting a problem.

The running head (short title) on the front page is a Geophysics
requirement. As for the figure names in the caption, it was a feature
requested by a user. It was also the cause of your troubles with the
underscore signs. I have removed this feature now. The change is here:

If you use scons and rsftex to process your latex files, there is a
new default target: "scons figs" or "scons paper.figs" will copy the
figures from your paper into files called paper-Fig1.eps,
paper-Fig2.eps, etc. that you can upload to Geophysics when your paper
gets accepted.
