[Segtex] Problem with manuscript mode of geophysics LaTeX style

Hi all,

I am using the most recent SEGTeX and it seems it does not exactly  
meet Geophysics style requirements (manuscript mode). Problems are:

- level 3 headings should be in regular font
- Figure 1(a) should be Figure 1a
- title of appendices should be on one line as in "Appendix A -  
title" with no all capital letters

I am not too sure how to implement these changes in SEGTeX so I would  
be most grateful if people familiar with the matter could help me  
with making these changes.
